From it's humble beginnings in 1981 in Old Town Saint Charles, The Fantasy Shop has always strived to bring the very best in customer service, variety, and quality of products to the gamers and comic fans in the Saint Louis Metro area. In the late 80's we added our second store and we have never looked back. Growing to reach 3 states and 9 stores at one point we have settled back down to our core 4 stores in the metro area we continue to strive for those same goals that we started with so many years ago.
Owned by Husband and Wife duo Dave & Kelli Wallace the stores have always sought to be thought of as a community store and a gathering place for all who love comics & games.
In 2006 we celebrated 25 years in business and in the retail industry of comics & games that is an epoch, and as things proceed and we look at 2011 looming on the horizon and 30 years we see the future as wide open.
